Tokens are the in-app credit used to pay for messages, bookings and tickets. They are bought through gift cards or credited by our team after a payment is reviewed. Tokens are not a currency, not an investment, and cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out. Every credit and spend appears in your wallet history with a timestamp.

Official artist accounts are created and verified by our team, and carry a verified badge. Some community accounts and some posts and comments are AI-assisted — generated or drafted with AI on behalf of the platform — and are labelled where they appear. We do this to keep new artist pages active while their real audience grows, and we would rather tell you than have you find out.

If a post or account is mislabelled, report it from the post menu and a moderator will review it.

Posts and comments run through automated content checks, and generated images are screened before publishing; anything flagged is quarantined for human review. Fans can report any post, and resolved reports notify the reporter.
