Terms of Service

One account per person, accurate sign-up details, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. Don't share credentials or impersonate an artist, staff member or another fan. Accounts created for someone else without permission are removed.

• Tokens are a prepaid in-app credit, not money, not a security, and they have no cash value.
• They cannot be transferred between accounts, resold, or withdrawn.
• Daily spend limits apply per membership tier and are shown in your wallet.
• We may adjust token prices going forward; already-purchased tokens keep their value in tokens.

Booking a session holds the token cost until the session is completed or cancelled. Artists publish their own availability and can decline a request; declined and cancelled bookings release the held tokens back to you. Voice and video calling requires an active VIP membership.

Show tickets bought with tokens are personal, limited per user, and valid for the named event only. Each ticket carries a serial and QR code for check-in. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we return the tokens.

Do not post, send or upload:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content sexualising a real person without consent.
• Threats, harassment, hate speech, or doxxing.
• Content you do not have the rights to, or content that impersonates an artist.
• Scams, phishing, off-platform payment solicitations, or spam.

We can remove content, relabel it, restrict features, or close accounts for breaches. Reports are reviewed by a moderator and the reporter is notified of the outcome.

Some community accounts, posts and comments on Artists Realm are generated or drafted with AI on behalf of the platform. These are labelled where they appear. Official artist accounts are verified by us and carry a verified badge. Do not present AI-assisted content as a personal statement by a real artist.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any artist will respond, or that any specific content will remain online. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the tokens on your account at the time of the claim.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@artistsrealm.live. Unused tokens are handled under the refund policy. We may suspend an account immediately for serious breaches, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

If these terms change materially we will notify you in-app before the change applies. Continued use after that means you accept the update. See also our Privacy Policy.
