Refund Policy

• Cancelled or declined bookings — the held tokens are released automatically, no request needed.
• A session the artist did not attend — request a refund from the booking and we return the tokens.
• Events cancelled by the organiser — ticket tokens are returned in full.
• Duplicate or failed charges — a spend that was billed twice is reversed once verified.
• Unredeemed gift-card codes — a code that has not been redeemed can be cancelled and refunded.

• Messages that were delivered, whether or not the artist replied.
• Sessions you missed or cancelled after the artist confirmed and the window opened.
• Tickets for events that took place, or tickets already checked in.
• Tokens spent on premium media that was unlocked and viewed.

Requests must be filed within the refund window shown on the transaction in your wallet. The window is set by the platform and displayed at the point of spending, so you always know before you commit. Outside the window, contact support anyway — we look at genuine cases individually.

1. Open your wallet and find the transaction.
2. Choose "Request refund" and give a short reason.
3. An administrator reviews it — usually within 1 business day — and you get a notification with the decision.
4. Approved refunds appear immediately as a refund entry in your transaction history.

Can't see the transaction, or the purchase was made off-platform? Email support@artistsrealm.live with the date, amount and payment method.

Because payments are reviewed manually before tokens are issued, cash refunds to the original payment method are handled case by case and can take up to 10 business days once approved. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — a chargeback filed without contacting us first suspends the account while it is investigated. See the Terms for the rest.
