Artists Realm
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use Artists Realm, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. It is written by the Artists Realm team, not a template generator.

What we collect
- Account details — email address, username, display name and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Profile content — anything you add: avatar, cover image, bio, location, languages.
- Activity — posts, comments, likes, follows, RSVPs, story views, bookings and ticket purchases.
- Messages — chat messages and voice notes you send, kept so both sides can read the thread.
- Payment records — the amount, method and any proof-of-payment file you upload. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — basic request and error logs used to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver the content and features you asked for, process token purchases and bookings, send service notifications you have enabled, and detect fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private messages for advertising.
Who can see what
- Your posts, comments and public profile fields are visible to other signed-in users.
- Location, bio and VIP badge visibility are toggles you control in profile settings.
- Private messages are visible to you, the other participant, and staff only when investigating a report or payment dispute.
- Payment proof files are visible to you and to the reviewing administrator.
Notifications
In-app notifications are on by default and configurable per category in your settings. Browser push alerts (for example low-token warnings) are only sent after you grant permission, and you can revoke it in your browser at any time. Transactional emails — receipts, gift-card codes, verification links — are part of the service.
Retention
Account and activity data is kept while your account is open. Payment and token-transaction records are kept after deletion where we need them for accounting and dispute resolution. Quarantined or rejected uploads expire automatically. Deleting a conversation hides it from your view; the other participant keeps their copy.
Your choices
You can edit or hide most profile fields yourself, mute or delete conversations, and turn notification categories off. To request a copy of your data or full deletion, email support@artistsrealm.live from your account address; we action requests within 30 days.
Children
Artists Realm is not intended for anyone under 16. We remove accounts we learn belong to children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so in-app before the change takes effect. Questions: support@artistsrealm.live. See also our Terms.
